DoliURSSAF — Dolibarr module to declare your URSSAF turnover, for French auto-entrepreneurs. Computes cashed-in turnover per period, split by activity type, with a ready-to-file report and agenda reminders. By Pichisoft.

SKU: doliurssaf Category: Tag:

Declare your turnover to URSSAF without re-keying, straight from Dolibarr. DoliURSSAF automatically computes, for each period (monthly or quarterly), the turnover you’ve actually cashed in, split by activity type (sales BIC, commercial/liberal services BIC/BNC, CIPAV), and gives you the exact figures to report on autoentrepreneur.urssaf.fr. Timestamped declaration tracking, agenda reminders before each deadline, printable report. A self-contained module (installs on its own), with a perpetual license, one year of updates and support included.

Compatibility :
Dolibarr : 20.0 → 25.x
PHP : 7.4 → 8.4

You can read the DoliURSSAF documentation.

1.3.0 (August 18, 2026)

Changed

  • Source code licence: GPLv3. All file headers move to GPL v3-or-later and the full licence text ships in COPYING. The commercial model is unchanged: your purchase covers one year of signed updates and support.
  • The module now also runs installed outside custom/ (in htdocs/doliurssaf/), per Dolibarr packaging rules.
  • About page: the banner now reads Pichisoft (Pichinov), each brand linking to its own website.
  • Default support address: support@pichinov.com.

1.2.6 (August 17, 2026)

Fixed

  • Installing an update failed on hosts that leave the module files read-only (0444), showing “Install failed: previous version restored”. The module now restores write permission on its own files before replacing them. No data was ever at risk: the failure was detected and the previous version kept.

1.2.5 (August 17, 2026)

Changed

  • Update checks and downloads now send the installation’s domain name, as activation and the daily contact already did. On our side an installation appears on a single line in “Installations seen” instead of being split into an extra, domain-less row.

1.2.4 (August 11, 2026)

Fixed

  • The enrolment / heartbeat hook was registered on the wrong context (“updateSession” instead of “main”), so it never fired: the daily heartbeat, the automatic anti-piracy enrolment, and the update-banner refresh were all inactive. It is now registered on the “main” context. Note: on an existing installation, disable then re-enable the module once after updating, so the hook context is re-registered.

1.2.3 (August 11, 2026)

Fixed

  • Faster update detection: the License tab now checks the server every time it is opened, so the “new version” badge and the install button reflect the latest release immediately. Previously, detection only refreshed on the daily heartbeat, with no way to force it after the “Check for updates” button was removed.

1.2.2 (August 11, 2026)

Fixed

  • The “Offer the CIPAV nature” setting now works. It previously had no effect — the CIPAV nature (regulated liberal professions) was always offered. When the setting is off, CIPAV no longer appears in the product “activity nature” field or in the default natures; when on, it is available again. Products and declarations already using CIPAV are unchanged (the calculation still recognises it).

1.2.1 (August 10, 2026)

Fixed

  • Update installation now overwrites the module files in place instead of deleting the folder first. The deletion failed (“File replacement failed”) on some hosts because the install request runs from inside the module (the running admin/licence.php cannot delete itself). Supersedes the partial 1.1.1 fix.

1.2.0 (August 10, 2026)

Added

  • New “update available” banner on the module pages (admins), linking to the License tab to install it. Updates stay admin-decided — never automatic.

Removed

  • The “Check for updates” button: discovery is now automatic (daily heartbeat → badge + banner).

1.1.1 (August 10, 2026)

Fixed

  • Update installation could fail with “File replacement failed (no change)” on some hosts (PHP stat cache after the folder was removed). Superseded by the definitive 1.2.1 fix.

1.1.0 (August 10, 2026)

Added

  • Standalone architecture: the module now installs on its own. It includes its own license client, its own signed update system (with automatic backup and restore), its own “License” tab, its own “About” page, and its own support form. No base module needs to be installed alongside it anymore.
  • “License” tab in settings: enter the key, see the status (active / subscription expired / not activated) and the update-expiry date, and install updates with a single click.
  • Integrated support form: submit a request along with the installation’s technical context (versions, environment — no business data), with an offline fallback.
  • “About” page: publisher, license status, access to product details / changelog / documentation / support.

Changed

  • Renamed the module to doliurssaf / “DoliURSSAF” (formerly urssafae).
  • The module remains fully functional even without an active license — no declarations are ever blocked.

1.0.0 (July 23, 2026)

Added

  • Initial release, manual mode (without the URSSAF API).
  • Calculation of revenue collected per period (monthly/quarterly), broken down by activity nature using the urssaf_nature extrafield.
  • Management of refunded credit notes, advance payments, and free-form lines (configurable default nature), with total including or excluding tax.
  • Timestamped workflow: draft → validated → filed (“filed on…”) → canceled.
  • Native calendar events linked (validated / filed / canceled) and codes recorded for the Notifications module.
  • Reminder event scheduled for the URSSAF due date with a native email reminder (configurable interval).
  • Printable report of amounts by nature and payments taken into account.
  • Optional cron job for draft preparation, dashboard widget, read/write/send permissions.
  • Dependencies: Invoices/Credit Notes and Calendar modules.
