These terms govern every purchase made on this website (the “Store”), operated by PICHINOV SAS (“we”, “the Seller”). Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Seller

2. Products
We sell digital products: downloadable modules for the Dolibarr ERP/CRM, delivered with a licence key, together with a 12-month updates & support subscription. The source code of each module is provided under a GPLv3-compatible licence; the licence key, updates, support, trademarks and branding remain governed by these terms and by PICHINOV’s rights.
3. Account and orders
Some purchases require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (in particular your email, used to deliver the key and updates) and for keeping your credentials confidential. An order is firm once payment is confirmed.
4. Prices
Prices are shown on each product page in euros; applicable VAT is indicated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed when you order.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout [currently: …]. The order is processed once payment is received. Offline methods (e.g. cheque) settle only upon actual encashment; the licence and updates are provided once payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
Delivery is electronic and immediate: after payment, the licence key is sent by email and the module file is available in your account (“Downloads”). No physical delivery.
7. Licence of use
Each purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the module. The licence key activates one Dolibarr installation at a time (a genuine migration to another server is possible on request). Updates and support are included for 12 months; afterwards the module keeps working, only updates and support stop until renewal. To activate the licence, deliver updates and detect unlicensed copies, the module exchanges limited technical data with our Licence Manager (see the Privacy Policy). Reselling, sublicensing outside the GPLv3 source terms, or removing/altering the licence mechanisms is prohibited.
8. Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied immediately, you agree that delivery starts as soon as you download the file or activate the key, and you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal at that point. Professionals (B2B) are not covered by the consumer withdrawal right. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Support
Support is provided by email and through the module’s support form for the duration of the updates & support subscription, on a reasonable-effort basis, for the module used on a supported Dolibarr version.
10. Warranties and liability
The modules are provided “as is”, without warranty that they meet every specific need or run without interruption. We correct reproducible defects covered by the subscription. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (loss of data, profit, business). Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor your statutory legal guarantees.
Important: the modules assist you but do not replace your own checks. For a fiscal/accounting module, you remain responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of your declarations and filings.
11. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. We will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, and subject to any mandatory consumer rules, the courts of Toulouse have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
