All notable changes to the RUP (Registre Unique du Personnel) module will be documented in this file.

[v1.3] – Communication & Events

Focus: Collaboration and Event Management. This release introduces comprehensive event management, allowing users to track communications and activities directly associated with personnel records.

Added

  • Event Tab (agenda.php): Added a dedicated “Agenda” tab to the personnel card. Users can now list, filter (by status/date), and manage events linked to the employee.

  • Messaging View (messaging.php): Introduced a conversation-style interface. This view displays events as message bubbles in a chronological feed (newest first) for a quick overview of exchanges.

  • View Toggling: Added a mechanism to seamlessly switch between the traditional tabular Agenda view and the modern Messaging conversation view.

  • ActionComm Integration: Full integration with Dolibarr’s core ActionComm system to ensure compatibility with global calendars.

Technical Notes

  • New Files: agenda.php, messaging.php.

  • Migration: No database changes required (uses existing llx_actioncomm). New tabs appear automatically upon module update.

[v1.2] – Efficiency & Bulk Operations

Focus: Productivity and List Management. This version enhances the list view by introducing “Massactions,” enabling administrators to process multiple records simultaneously.

  • Massaction System (list.php): Added checkbox selection to the personnel list view.

  • Bulk Operations:

    • Bulk Delete: Remove multiple records in one action.

    • Bulk Status Change: Validate or Cancel multiple drafts simultaneously.

    • Bulk Export: Export selected records to CSV/Excel.

  • Custom Hooks: Added support for custom massactions via external modules.

Technical Notes

  • Migration: No database changes. Ensure users have the rup ‘write’ permission to access bulk operations.

[v1.1] – Stability & Optimization

Focus: Performance, Bug Fixes, and Refactoring. A maintenance release focused on hardening the code base and improving response times. No new features were added.

Technical Notes

  • Migration: No database changes. Transparent upgrade involves replacing files and clearing the Dolibarr cache.

Focus: Foundation and Core Functionality. The initial release establishing the RUP module as a functional personnel registry system.

  • Core Class (class/rup.class.php): Implemented full CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) lifecycle.

  • Database Schema (sql/llx_registers.sql): Created llx_registers table for storing identity, address, employment, and contract data.

  • Card Interface (card.php): Primary UI for managing records with status-based workflows (Draft -> Validated -> Canceled).

  • Numbering Models:

    • mod_rup_standard: Simple incrementing numbers.

    • mod_rup_advanced: Configurable mask-based numbering.

  • User Linking: Logic to synchronize Social Security Numbers and address data from existing Dolibarr Users.
