What it does
When a commercial proposal reaches the amount you consider sensitive, it must not leave without a second pair of eyes. The module sends an approval request by email to the people you designate, with a direct link to the proposal, and records their answer along with a note.
Configuration
- Amount threshold above which approval becomes required;
- list of approvers, by user or by group, with per-user thresholds;
- email template for the approver and for the requester, so the wording is yours;
- a switch to enable or disable the trigger.
Traceability
The approval request and its answer are logged as native Dolibarr agenda events, so the decision stays attached to the proposal — readable long after the email has been archived.
Requirements
- Dolibarr 20.0 or later, PHP 7.4+
- The native Proposals and Agenda modules
- Outgoing email configured in Dolibarr
